Shane--you're guessing correctly. I live in northern California. But I grew up around L.A. and lived in that general vicinity until about fourteen years ago. I still visit old friends, and old haunts, in that area once or twice a year.

Thanks for loving my books. In response to your other question, all of my Hamilton High books are fiction, made-up stories about things that could possibly happen, but have not happened in the real world.
